All orders have a 2-3 business day processing time.

do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. But hopefully with the next launch, we will add international shipping!

how often do you restock?

I am doing a slow growth of my business at the moment. Which means, I will restock once inventory has completely sold out in the apparel.

OOPS! I shipped my address was incorrect what do i do?

If your order has been returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will issue you a credit in the form of a gift card minus shipping and a $5 process fee. Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as the inventory can become extremely limited. But feel free to email me at info@thinkingbigfeelings within 7 days of receipt of your order and I will try to see what I can do!

Can i track my order?

Of course! When you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours before your tracking information populates.

i’ve changed my mind, can i cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please make sure the items are correct that you’d like to purchase and your personal information. Verify the size, color, and and you have input correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
